Making a payment?
Making a payment threw CD Photocare secure site is simple. CD Photocare credit card payments are made threw Paypal. All transactions are secure threw paypal and you do not have to have an account threw PayPal to make a credit card payment, you can simply make a payment with your credit card as you would with any other online e-store.

Simply select the "Mail" option during checkout instead of the "CreditCard/PayPal" option. Mail the confirmation e-mail and payment to the above address.

Is my purchase secure?
Yes, absolutely! CR Photocare's on-line ordering is secure, providing that your browser can support secure transactions. All details of your personal information, including CC numbers, etc., are handled within the PayPal site, which are completely secure. Placing an order.
Find the album(s)/products(s) you want to view and buy. Click on the album/product that best suits you. From there you will have a selection of images/products that you can choose from. Click on the thumbnail image to open up a bigger image to review. If you wish to order, select the print or product of the selection along with quantity you desire, Click "Buy" to add to the cart. If you decide not to purchase, then click the back button on your browser, this will take you back one page, to the album of images/products you chose before. If you desire to add to the prints/products from the same selections, just select the same product and choose a different selection and quantity. After selecting and adding to your cart. Review your order. When you have reviewed your order select checkout. You will then be taken to secure checkout page that you will enter Name, address, etc. Upon entering your information choose your payment method, "Mail or Credit/Paypal". Click "Checkout" again select your shipping method, "Standard Shipping or Pickup". Click "Checkout", from here you will be sent to Paypal Checkout to pay for your purchase. You can select a paypal account if you have one or pay by Credit Card. You do not need to sign up for paypal to pay. You will be sent a receipt from paypal by e-mail and confirmation receipt from CR Photocare.com by e-mail. Then your done. Wait for your order to arrive, and enjoy!

Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

Viewing Images on the internet
The actual colors of the studio artwork online may vary slighty from screen to screen due to the variances of computer monitors.

Limited Edition Prints
Limited Edition prints from Chad Davis is just that, limited. Only a limited amount of prints will ever be printed of an image. After a set amount of prints have been sold, that print will no longer be printed as a photographic print, making your limited edition print all that more valuable and unique. All framed and matted work is also signed and numbered stating it's edition.

Matting and Framing
Our artwork is framed with quality materials. We use quality wood mouldings and metal frames along with acid free mats to frame our artwork to assure a long lasting fine art product. We select framing that compliments the artwork being framed. All size are approximate, but take note there is a little cropping when matting your purchased images.

Non-Glare Glass
Chad Davis images are brilliant, full of color and the subtlest of hues show in all images. Presenting your image as clearly as possible is something everyone wants, so we offer a special Non-Glare Glass to reduce glare upon viewing.

Shipping information
Your order is shipped by USPS or Fedex Ground depending on the selection of your choice. Orders approved by our department before 4:00 PM CST usually ship within two weeks after being processed in lab. Orders approved by our department after 4:00 PM CST are processed the next day and ship out within two weeks. We do our best to ship your order out in a timely manner, therefore we ask for your patients. If you want to track your order with us, you can click on the link button "orderstatus" and type in the order number and your e-mail address that you used to place your order for the current status in lab.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES PAID WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE PRODUCT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND CREDIT. THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY.

Returns or Exchanges.
We offer products of the highest quality and we do take the utmost care to provide a quality product. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we will glady issue a refund or exchange or reprint the prints you are dissatisfied with, upon notification via email or postal and return receipt of print(s) within 15 days of receiving your order.

CD Photocare - CR Photocare.com accepts domestic Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Credit and Debit cards only. For customer protection, paypal checks all credit cards for potential fraud.

Gift Vouchers
Yes, we have gift vouchers. You can find CD Photocare Gift Vouchers by clicking here. They can be used for artwork for sale online or partial deposit and or payment for services rendered from CD Photocare Studio. Upon ordering and purchasing your gift Voucher in the amount you wish. They can be sent to you or directly to the recipient of the Gift Voucher. If you wish to have the gift voucher sent to the recipient, put there address in the shipping details area when giving us your customer details. All Gift Voucher have who there from and who it is going to written on the Voucher. We will mail within five business working days of payment by USPS.

All Gift Vouchers have a date when they were issued and a Code # that is assigned to them. When ordering products online, shop as normal. Upon finishing the checkout process enter all customer details. Towards the bottom of customer details page you will see "Coupon or Discount Number", enter the code on the Voucher in here. The amount of the Voucher will be discounted from the total of your order. If you wish to use at Studio. Present the Voucher to Studio upon booking services with CD Photocare. Note: Shipping Charge still apply.
